Terms of Service
- Method of payment is Paypal only. Half upfront and half after done.- Will allow 3 corrections in sketch stage. Corrections to minor things like color adjustment are fine, but more complex corrections will have additional cost.- Please send high quality references of the character you're commissioning with clear descriptions, but please avoid lengthy text descriptions. (Preferably put in a gdrive folder).For the Fake Retro Anime Screenshot, please specify:- Which retro anime style would you like (Ex.: Fake Screenshot in the style of Yu Yu Hakusho).- If you want subtitles (please send the dialogue you want. Maximum of 2 lines in the piece).- How degraded you want the screenshot to be (as in, closer to a degraded VHS look, or closer to what a remastered version would look like).- Once half of the payment is done, I will work on the sketch, and once done, will send for approval. Once approved, I will send the piece once is finished.- Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.- Files will be sent in PNG through email.

Fake Retro Anime Screenshot
Price: 30 USD
Additional characters: +15 USD
Commission emulating a screenshot of a retro anime, with simple background, with or without subtitles.
Full Body
Price: 35 USD
Additional characters: +15 USD
Full body commission, with simple or without background.
Duration: I can take about a week or so, depending on how complex the piece is. Will update client if any delays happen, but I will try to finish the piece as soon as possible.
Copyright & Usage
I, Ingrid (the artist):I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You (the customer/commissioner):You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.The following is considered copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.Claiming the artwork as your ownAltering the artwork without my consent
Cancellation & Refund policy
The buyer is not allowed a refund once the sketch is approved.If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
